On May 14 and 15, the first Make-it.Saarland the industrial park on the Eschberger Weg around the East Side Fab and the ZeMA.
At the fair, young and old had the opportunity to experience the latest technologies and trend topics up close and to try them out for themselves. Around 900 participants were able to find out about topics such as 3D printing, sustainability, programming and robotics on both days. In the course of several guided tours and workshops (‘Human and Robots – The Dream Team’ and ‘Insights in Rapid Prototyping’), the participants were also able to gain an insight into ZeMA’s research work with many application examples from the research areas of assembly systems and smart material systems.
