Congress in Kaiserslautern - 21.03.2023
Value-based working and learning in the circular economy
Upheavals and transformation processes in the regional economic structures in Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate pose major challenges. This applies to sectors that are subject to structural change, e.g. in the automotive sector, as well as particularly dynamic growth sectors, such as medical technology. The further development of the business model in favour of a circular economy offers many potentials for transformation-driven companies. However, these can only become effective if work and learning are also rethought.
On 21.03.2023, the public kick-off event of the Competence Centre for Labour Research Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate (KOMATRA) will take place from 1 p.m. on the Betzenberg in Kaiserslautern. At the congress, we will discuss with experts approaches for a value-oriented corporate strategy and forward-looking work design in favour of the circular economy. This is illustrated by examples from regional companies.
