What is the Whistleblower Protection Act?

The Whistleblower Protection Act is a legal framework introduced in Germany to protect whistleblowers and whistleblowers who report maladministration in companies or public institutions. It encourages employees and other stakeholders to report suspected violations of laws, regulations or ethical guidelines in their organization without fear of reprisals.

Why a reporting system?

Our reporting system enables employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to report potential violations of laws, regulations or our internal policies without fear of reprisals or discrimination. These notifications can be made in a variety of ways, including anonymously, through a secure platform.

For the implementation of the whistleblowing system, we use the product ‘MeldePunkt’ from deDATA GmbH. With the ReportingPoint, you have access to a portal through which you can provide confidential information on wrongdoing or legal violations.

Clicking on the button will take you to the reporting system. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code.
