At this event, image\/sound\/video recordings are created and published. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in the reporting of the event and its documentation. For public relations, the recordings are used for print advertising or marketing as well as online on websites and social media.<\/p>\n

Categories of recipients<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Recipients are operators and users of the services through which the recordings are published.<\/p>\n

Intention to transfer data to third countries<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The recordings can be transmitted to third countries through the use of the services. In these cases, there are appropriate or appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.<\/p>\n

Duration of data storage<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n
