Last week, the first scientific colloquium on the iSMAT project \u2013 innovative production of and with smart material systems \u2013 took place at ZeMA \u2013 Zentrum f\u00fcr Mechatronik und Automatisierungstechnik gemeinn\u00fctzige GmbH. The management of the project has Prof. Dr.-Ing. Paul Motzki<\/a> inside.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to increase the technology readiness of relevant production technologies for intelligent drive and climate systems along the entire product development process up to future mass production. The research areas of manufacturing technology, assembly technology as well as actuators and sensors at ZeMA are equally taken into account. Through interdisciplinary communication and collaboration, the entire product development cycle is brought into focus.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Professors Paul Motzki, Stefan Seelecke, Rainer M\u00fcller and Dirk B\u00e4hre from the Saarland University<\/a>, J\u00fcrgen Griebsch, Martina Lehser, John Heppe, G\u00fcnter Schultes and Benedikt Faupel von der Saarland University of Applied Sciences<\/a> and Anne Jung from Helmut Schmidt University with her research teams.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The project is funded by the Saarland Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digital Affairs and Energy and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with \u20ac3.25 million.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
