Des param\u00e8tres d'usinage optimaux peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s dans une plage de tol\u00e9rance \u00e9troite, ce qui permet de ma\u00eetriser les processus, de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de conception d'outils et la simulation. Ainsi, une t\u00e2che du projet consiste \u00e0 valider les mod\u00e8les informatis\u00e9s cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans des essais, \u00e0 les am\u00e9liorer dans un processus it\u00e9ratif et \u00e0 les utiliser pour l'optimisation des processus.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine de l'EDM, la surface produite est fortement influenc\u00e9e par la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l'\u00e9lectrode utilis\u00e9e et les param\u00e8tres d'usinage en raison du comportement statistique du processus. La t\u00e2che de ce projet est de d\u00e9terminer la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l'\u00e9lectrode et les param\u00e8tres de processus n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de certaines surfaces et de les valider dans le cadre d'essais.<br \/>\nLa surveillance des conditions au moyen de mesures en cours de processus du processus et de la machine ainsi que la r\u00e9gulation et l'optimisation des
