encore, des troubles parfois importants de la gu\u00e9rison des os et des tissus mous se produisent, individuellement diff\u00e9rents. Ces troubles de la gu\u00e9rison ont de graves cons\u00e9quences pour le patient individuel (douleurs, chirurgies de r\u00e9vision, dur\u00e9es de traitement nettement prolong\u00e9es) et repr\u00e9sentent une charge \u00e9conomique consid\u00e9rable pour la sant\u00e9 (co\u00fbts de traitement et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de retraite, consommation de ressources, incapacit\u00e9 de travail, etc.). Les facteurs individuels jouent un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, mais ne sont jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ni suffisamment d\u00e9finissables ni suffisamment influen\u00e7ables dans le traitement de routine. Le projet, financ\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 8 millions d'euros, d\u00e9passe d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment les efforts de recherche actuels sur les nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux (smart materials) et les implants intelligents (smart implants) afin de d\u00e9velopper pour la premi\u00e8re fois, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la combinaison de la technologie des mat\u00e9riaux, de l'intelligence artificielle et des connaissances m\u00e9dicales, une plaque de traitement des fractures agissant de mani\u00e8re autonome, capable de cr\u00e9er des conditions de gu\u00e9rison optimales dans la zone de fracture, La premi\u00e8re transmission de la technologie de capteur\/actionneur bas\u00e9e sur smart materials au secteur m\u00e9dical permet de les contr\u00f4ler directement. La technologie sous-jacente est en principe disponible. Ces techniques innovantes rendent le traitement des fractures en interne, m\u00eame postop\u00e9ratoire, influen\u00e7able, plus individuel, plus s\u00fbr et moins co\u00fbteux.<\/div><\/div><div
