d\u00e9veloppeur de c\u00e9ramique et du groupe de recherche sur la technologie des capteurs et la technologie des couches minces de la Hochschule f\u00fcr Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes sous class=\"dt-text-desc\">Consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un candidat prometteur pour le remplacement des combustibles fossiles, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est l\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la solution de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<br \/>\nPour des applications telles que les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 pile \u00e0 combustible fonctionnant \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne, il est imp\u00e9ratif de d\u00e9terminer la pression du gaz d'hydrog\u00e8ne comprim\u00e9. Cependant, la mesure de la pression de l'hydrog\u00e8ne pose deux probl\u00e8mes fondamentaux: diffusion et fragilisation de l'hydrog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nLes mol\u00e9cules d'hydrog\u00e8ne mobiles peuvent facilement se propager \u00e0 travers les capteurs de pression courants avec des corps de d\u00e9formation m\u00e9talliques en contact direct avec les fluides et provoquer des fragilisations pouvant entra\u00eener une d\u00e9faillance du capteur. Si l'hydrog\u00e8ne atteint la couche du capteur, il peut y avoir une modification des r\u00e9sistances de mesure \u00e9lectriques et, par cons\u00e9quent, une d\u00e9rive du signal. Par cons\u00e9quent, des aciers aust\u00e9nitiques non fragilisants (p. ex. 1.4404, 1.4435) sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s et les corps du capteur sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de barri\u00e8res de diffusion (p. ex. couche d'or). Il peut n\u00e9anmoins y avoir une d\u00e9rive du signal des capteurs, en particulier \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"hr-thin style-dotted\" style=\"width: En collaboration avec des experts en c\u00e9ramique et un fabricant de capteurs, nous d\u00e9veloppons des corps de d\u00e9formation qui, d'une part, pr\u00e9sentent de faibles taux de perm\u00e9ation de l'hydrog\u00e8ne et, d'autre part, poss\u00e8dent de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, ce qui est essentiel pour une utilisation en tant que corps de capteur.<br \/>\nDans l'\u00e9tape suivante, les corps en c\u00e9ramique sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de couches minces sensibles \u00e0 l'\u00e9tirement, de sorte que l'\u00e9tirement du corps de d\u00e9formation peut \u00eatre converti en un signal \u00e9lectrique proportionnel \u00e0 la pression. Des couches pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9es tr\u00e8s sensibles d'une \u00e9paisseur d'environ 100 nm seulement sont utilis\u00e9es. La grande sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9formation des couches permet de r\u00e9duire les contraintes m\u00e9caniques dans la c\u00e9ramique tout en obtenant un signal de capteur suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9. Afin de r\u00e9duire autant que possible la sensibilit\u00e9 des couches de capteurs \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne, les couches sont examin\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment et optimis\u00e9es pour une utilisation avec de l'hydrog\u00e8ne.
