Des concepts d'actionneurs di\u00e9lectriques nouveaux, miniaturis\u00e9s et coop\u00e9ratifs sont explor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le projet est une collaboration entre la chaire des syst\u00e8mes de mat\u00e9riaux intelligents sous la direction du professeur Seelecke de l'Universit\u00e9 de la Sarre (UdS), le groupe de recherche sur les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 base de polym\u00e8res adaptatifs sous la direction du professeur Rizzello de l'UdS, et le groupe de recherche sur les capteurs et la technologie des couches minces sous la direction du professeur Schultes de Ils combinent des caract\u00e9ristiques positives telles que la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, le faible co\u00fbt de fabrication et l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. L'utilisation simultan\u00e9e comme capteur et comme actionneur rend cette technologie particuli\u00e8rement attrayante. Les applications d'aujourd'hui sont plus susceptibles d'\u00eatre trouv\u00e9es dans le domaine macroscopique. L'\u00e9volution vers des concepts miniaturis\u00e9s est donc l'objectif de ce projet et comporte en m\u00eame temps quelques d\u00e9fis.<br \/>\nL\u2019interaction et la coop\u00e9ration entre les actionneurs ou capteurs DE voisins, qui se rapprochent de plus en plus, n\u2019ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es. En outre, de nouveaux concepts de conception, des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication, ainsi qu'une \u00e9lectronique sp\u00e9cialement adapt\u00e9e aux petits actionneurs doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. L'\u00e9lectrode elle-m\u00eame doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e au processus de miniaturisation.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"hr-thin style-dotted\" style=\"width: 100%;border-top-width: Les simulations assist\u00e9es par ordinateur bas\u00e9es sur des mod\u00e8les et FEM (AG Rizzello) sont utilis\u00e9es pour comprendre, visualiser et optimiser les processus \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques des tableaux d'actionneurs DE. De plus, l'interaction entre les points du tableau adjacents peut \u00eatre explor\u00e9e par simulation. Les connaissances ainsi acquises alimentent l'optimisation de la conception et l'\u00e9laboration de solutions pour d'\u00e9ventuels prototypes. De plus, des algorithmes d'auto-d\u00e9tection et de contr\u00f4le des actionneurs sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans ce module de travail.<br \/>\nLe groupe de travail Seelecke travaille en parall\u00e8le sur la mise en \u0153uvre pratique du tableau DEA dans le cadre du deuxi\u00e8me lot de travail. L'objectif est de d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me global fonctionnel dans lequel tous les aspects tels que la fabrication, la construction, le contact, la commande, etc. doivent \u00eatre coordonn\u00e9s. Les connaissances ainsi acquises sont directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les simulations du premier lot de travail, ce qui permet de faire de meilleures pr\u00e9visions pour d'autres it\u00e9rations.<br \/>\nLe troisi\u00e8me module de travail explore le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles \u00e9lectrodes extensibles m\u00e9talliques qui doivent encore pr\u00e9senter de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s plusieurs millions de cycles. Les couches minces m\u00e9talliques, qui sont pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9es sur un film de silicone pr\u00e9contraint, sont au centre du travail. \u00c0 l'aide d'un laser, il faut ensuite d\u00e9couper presque n'importe quelle g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d'\u00e9lectrode.
