Cependant, la faible demande actuelle de piles \u00e0 combustible entra\u00eene encore une faible utilisation des syst\u00e8mes de production enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9s, ce qui entra\u00eene des d\u00e9lais d'amortissement \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Du point de vue de la technique de production, il n'existe actuellement aucune possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de montage en fonction des besoins et de la demande.<br \/>\nLes processus d'assemblage manuel des piles \u00e0 combustible (BSZ) sont encore souvent effectu\u00e9s par des professionnels soumis \u00e0 une charge physique importante en raison de la grande variabilit\u00e9 des produits, de la grande complexit\u00e9 et de normes de qualit\u00e9 strictes. Afin de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019utiliser moins de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre hautement qualifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, tout en r\u00e9duisant continuellement le taux de rebut.<br \/>\nPar rapport \u00e0 d'autres industries, l'assurance qualit\u00e9 est encore peu prise en compte lors du montage semi-automatis\u00e9 des piles, des contr\u00f4les non destructifs et une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de bout en bout \u00e9tant absolument n\u00e9cessaires pour des raisons de responsabilit\u00e9. L'assurance qualit\u00e9, l'augmentation de la quantit\u00e9 d'application en fonction des besoins et la d\u00e9charge physique des employ\u00e9s ne sont possibles qu'en adaptant la ligne de montage manuelle \u00e0 une ligne de montage partiellement automatis\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLes lignes de montage automatis\u00e9es pour piles \u00e0 combustible ne sont actuellement que sporadiques et prototypes dans l'utilisation industrielle. D'importants d\u00e9fis doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9solus \u00e0 l'avenir dans les processus d'alimentation, de transport, d'assemblage, de test et de mise en service afin d'atteindre les objectifs industriels d'empilage des composants avec des fr\u00e9quences &gt; 1 Hz (1 partie\/s) pour un montage \u00e9conomique en pile.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"hr-thin style-dotted\" style=\"width: Ces d\u00e9veloppements doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s d\u00e8s aujourd'hui, des connaissances doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et des processus et des technologies doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour que la pile \u00e0 combustible puisse \u00eatre comp\u00e9titive \u00e0 l'avenir par rapport \u00e0 d'autres entra\u00eenements alternatifs.<br \/>\nL'un des objectifs partiels du projet de recherche est le d\u00e9veloppement d'un syst\u00e8me de montage manuel dans lequel l'employ\u00e9 est soulag\u00e9 cognitivement par diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes et l'utilisation d'employ\u00e9s moins qualifi\u00e9s dans le montage vari\u00e9 est possible.
