En parall\u00e8le, un mod\u00e8le de conversion bas\u00e9 sur des facteurs et des obstacles de conversion identifi\u00e9s est en cours de conception. Ce mod\u00e8le vise \u00e0 permettre aux entreprises d'\u00e9valuer et d'am\u00e9liorer leur capacit\u00e9 de transformation. Apr\u00e8s l'analyse r\u00e9elle, des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques de transformation de l'entreprise sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et mises en \u0153uvre pour les partenaires d'application. Ces mesures sont valid\u00e9es en permanence et optimis\u00e9es par les commentaires des utilisateurs.
