mat\u00e9riaux intelligents. Dans le cadre de trois projets parall\u00e8les, les domaines de la technique de fabrication, de la technique d'assemblage ainsi que de l'actionneur et des capteurs doivent \u00eatre abord\u00e9s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la communication et \u00e0 la collaboration intersectorielles, le cycle de d\u00e9veloppement complet du produit doit toujours \u00eatre au premier plan.<br \/>\nLe projet global renforcera encore la position de leader international de la Sarre dans le domaine de la recherche sur les mat\u00e9riaux intelligents et constituera en outre une base essentielle pour la production future de syst\u00e8mes bas\u00e9s sur ces mat\u00e9riaux. Cela va de pair avec les premiers projets d'incubation des groupes de recherche sur les syst\u00e8mes de mat\u00e9riaux intelligents, qui se sont fix\u00e9s pour objectif de transformer les suivre<\/h3><div class=\"dt-text-desc\">Chacun des trois sous-projets poursuit deux axes de recherche concrets dans son domaine de recherche de la technologie de production et est trait\u00e9 par des coop\u00e9rations de groupes de travail de chaires et de professeurs de la Hochschule f\u00fcr Technik und Wirtschaft (htw), de l'Universit\u00e9 de la Sarre (UdS) au Centre pour la m\u00e9catronique et la technique d'automatisation \u00e0 but non lucratif GmbH (ZeMA). Avec le ZeMA comme plate-forme id\u00e9ale pour la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux hautes \u00e9coles de Sarrebruck, la collaboration interdisciplinaire entre UdS et htw est \u00e9largie et intensifi\u00e9e sur la base du domaine de recherche des syst\u00e8mes de mat\u00e9riaux intelligents. Les approches de recherche formul\u00e9es pour les syst\u00e8mes de mat\u00e9riaux intelligents mettent en valeur les expertises sp\u00e9cifiques des diff\u00e9rentes chaires et groupes de travail. Le projet jette les bases d'une \u00e9ventuelle commercialisation et production de nouveaux produits dans le domaine des mat\u00e9riaux intelligents. Les connaissances acquises doivent ensuite \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9es dans l\u2019industrie, et en partie d\u00e9j\u00e0 pendant la dur\u00e9e du projet, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de projets de Apr\u00e8s avoir men\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences avec diff\u00e9rents proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et param\u00e8tres de soudage, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de d\u00e9montrer la faisabilit\u00e9 de la fabrication de faisceaux d'actionneurs et d'identifier des solutions pour optimiser la connexion de soudage. Un deuxi\u00e8me sous-projet a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le processus de fabrication d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments nickel-titane par prototypage rapide. Des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries appropri\u00e9es pour les applications \u00e9lastocloriques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es, les param\u00e8tres de processus de fusion de faisceaux laser \u00e0 base de lit de poudre de nickel-titane ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9s et des param\u00e8tres pertinents de la performance des mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9s en cours d'utilisation. Dans le domaine de la technique de montage, le montage d'un pr\u00e9henseur intelligent \u00e0 base d'alliages \u00e0 m\u00e9moire de forme et d'un \u00e9lastom\u00e8re di\u00e9lectrique roul\u00e9 (DEA) a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9. Dans le premier sous-projet, l'accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la r\u00e9duction des composants du pr\u00e9henseur intelligent. La planification d'un syst\u00e8me de montage aussi modulaire que possible, combinant un syst\u00e8me d'alimentation pour les composants et les \u00e9quipements avec un syst\u00e8me d'assistance, a \u00e9galement commenc\u00e9. Dans le deuxi\u00e8me sous-projet, un processus semi-automatis\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour l'assemblage syst\u00e9matique de DEA roul\u00e9s et empil\u00e9s. Les dispositifs d'empilage des couches individuelles, de roulage, de d\u00e9coupe, de sertissage et de collage de la DEA permettent une fabrication r\u00e9p\u00e9titive dont la qualit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'une base de donn\u00e9es MYSQL. Un processus de test d\u00e9fini a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 afin d'am\u00e9liorer encore les actionneurs fabriqu\u00e9s. Dans le domaine des capteurs et des actionneurs, un outil d'assistance \u00e0 l'assemblage a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, qui peut fournir un retour haptique et acoustique \u00e0 l'aide d'\u00e9lastom\u00e8res di\u00e9lectriques \u00e0 base de m\u00e9tal, ainsi que recevoir des entr\u00e9es. Un autre sous-projet portait sur la r\u00e9gulation sans capteur d'un actionneur FGL. La surveillance sans capteur au moyen de r\u00e9seaux neuronaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre et valid\u00e9e exp\u00e9rimentalement. Dans un troisi\u00e8me sous-projet, l'accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la combinaison des forces des alliages \u00e0 m\u00e9moire de forme avec un embrayage \u00e9lectrostatique pour d\u00e9velopper des syst\u00e8mes d'actionneurs hybrides \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie.
