Barke, en visite au ZeMA<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Dans le cadre de sa tourn\u00e9e d'innovation, le ministre sarrois de l'\u00e9conomie, J\u00fcrgen Barke, s'est rendu au ZeMA le 5 f\u00e9vrier 2025. L'accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur les domaines de recherche <strong>Smart Materials<\/strong> ainsi que <strong>Technologie des capteurs et des couches minces<\/strong>, qui coop\u00e8rent avec succ\u00e8s depuis des ann\u00e9es et d\u00e9veloppent des solutions innovantes pour l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n<p>La coop\u00e9ration interdisciplinaire au ZeMA, soutenue par le pays et le Fonds europ\u00e9en de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional (FEDER), est devenue au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es un projet phare international. Cela attire non seulement des scientifiques nationaux et \u00e9trangers, mais conduit \u00e9galement \u00e0 de nouvelles perspectives \u00e9conomiques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des start-ups r\u00e9ussies.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Projets innovants iSMAT et TransDES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le ministre Barke s'est notamment inform\u00e9 sur deux projets de recherche tourn\u00e9s vers l'avenir: <strong>iSMAT<\/strong> et <strong>TransDES<\/strong>. Les deux projets sont le fruit d'une \u00e9troite coop\u00e9ration entre le groupe de travail du professeur Paul Motzki (directeur scientifique au ZeMA et professeur de syst\u00e8mes de mat\u00e9riaux intelligents pour une production innovante \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de la Sarre) et le professeur John Heppe (chef du groupe de travail sur les capteurs et la technologie des couches minces au ZeMA et professeur de capteurs physiques et de m\u00e9catronique \u00e0 la htw saar). Le ZeMA fait office de plate-forme de d\u00e9veloppement commune aux deux universit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>iSMAT: Des mat\u00e9riaux intelligents pour la production de demain<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le projet iSMAT s'occupe du d\u00e9veloppement de films de silicone ultra-minces (0,05 mm) qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s avec des rev\u00eatements sp\u00e9ciaux comme capteurs ou actionneurs. Ces soi-disant <strong>\u00c9lastom\u00e8res di\u00e9lectriques (DE)<\/strong> offrent une alternative \u00e9conomique, \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie et l\u00e9g\u00e8re aux entra\u00eenements conventionnels tels que les \u00e9lectroaimants ou les syst\u00e8mes pneumatiques. La grande capacit\u00e9 d'innovation de cette technologie a d\u00e9j\u00e0 conduit aux premi\u00e8res cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises en Sarre, qui sont maintenant d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es avec des investisseurs. Le projet iSMAT a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'un financement du FEDER.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>TransDES: Structures de transistor r\u00e9volutionnaires pour l'\u00e9lectronique flexible<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>S'appuyant sur les connaissances d'iSMAT, le projet TransDES vise \u00e0: <strong>Syst\u00e8mes d'entra\u00eenement \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence<\/strong> d\u00e9velopper davantage. Il s'agit d'applications qui n\u00e9cessitent des cycles de commutation extr\u00eamement rapides, telles que: <strong>Vannes, pompes ou haut-parleurs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un aspect cl\u00e9 de l'innovation de TransDES est le d\u00e9veloppement de composants \u00e9lectroniques flexibles. Les transistors qui \u00e9taient jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent soud\u00e9s sur des platines doivent \u00eatre directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sur des films d'entra\u00eenement flexibles. Cela permet des syst\u00e8mes compacts et adaptables avec de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s d'utilisation, par exemple dans la technologie m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n<p>Le professeur John Heppe souligne: <em>\u00abLa technologie existante consistant \u00e0 structurer et donc \u00e0 fonctionnaliser les rev\u00eatements contenant des m\u00e9taux sur des films minces doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en trois dimensions en perspective. Cela pourrait permettre des applications r\u00e9volutionnaires dans un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019industries.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le projet TransDES b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019un financement du FEDER d\u2019environ 500 000 euros jusqu\u2019en octobre 2026.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'innovation comme moteur pour le site de la Sarre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La visite du ministre Barke souligne l'importance de la recherche au ZeMA pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de la Sarre. L'\u00e9troite interaction entre la science et l'\u00e9conomie ouvre de nouvelles perspectives pour les entreprises et les investisseurs. La Sarre prouve ainsi une fois de plus qu'elle joue un r\u00f4le de premier plan au niveau international en tant que p\u00f4le d'innovation.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div
