RZzKI - Regional Future Center for AI and Digital Transformation in Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate
problem
In an ever-changing business world, digitalization has become a central issue. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face the challenge of keeping up with technological developments and staying competitive. However, there is often a lack of resources, know-how and a clear strategy to successfully implement digitization. This is where the RZzKI project comes in: It offers comprehensive support and advice to accompany companies in digitization. The project team consists of experts from various areas who have an eye on the interaction between people, technology and organization and support companies holistically. This effectively shapes the path to digital transformation.
objective
The RZzKI project has the clear goal of helping small and medium-sized enterprises on their way to digitization and the use of AI. It supports companies in identifying potentials, optimizing work processes and relieving employees. The focus is on the holistic view of people, technology and organization. The project team informs, advises and qualifies free of charge on the topics of digitization and AI, taking into account work design, economic efficiency, participation, organizational and personnel development as well as technical implementation. The offer of the RZzKI is aimed at employees in all areas of the company - for example within production, administration, representation of interests or management level.
approach
Digitization is intended to relieve people of monotonous and physically stressful work and give them space to advance creative ideas and tasks within the company. The focus is always on the human being. That is why it is important to use machines for what they are – tools. The RZzKI project team provides competent contact persons who work together with the company to develop individual paths to digitization. The offer includes various formats such as potential analyses, support in the introduction of concrete digital solutions and support in the expansion of existing digital systems. In addition, the RZzKI offers specially developed qualification formats to prepare companies and employees for the challenges of digital change. The goal is to make companies and employees fit for the future by making the most of the opportunities offered by digitalisation and AI.
