The Center for Mechatronics and Automation Technology sees itself as a development partner with the aim of industrialization and technology transfer of research and development results.

In our development activities, we work closely with institutes and chairs of the University of Saarland (UdS) as well as with the University of Applied Sciences for Technology and Economics (htw saar). Professors in the relevant fields, in particular mechatronics, supervise the highly qualified scientific staff working at the research centre. This ensures that scientific potential, specific know-how and the latest research results are incorporated synergistically and sustainably into the work of ZeMA.

As a reliable development partner, ZeMA offers contract research for industry - from the idea to the industrial implementation. The aim is to meet the challenges of industry through innovative research and development and to establish operational solutions.
